Enjoy this beautiful gentle form of yoga, where we will work with the breath and energy and gentle stretching. Suitable for all. Thursdays 730 - 830pm, Irvine Community Sports Club, Maress Road, Irvine. £6 per person Also LIVE on Zoom simultaneously PRE BOOKING ESSENTIAL FOR ALL CLASSES DUE TO LIMITED SPACES. What to bring: Mat, blanket and bottle of water.  Due to Covid19, It is essential you bring your own mat!
